What Kapels Does

Kapels helps wedding professionals and growing wedding businesses manage the workflow from the first inquiry through event completion. It keeps the operational pieces moving: tasks, deadlines, clients, documents, communication, payments, and follow-up.

The product is built around the professional's real workflow. Kapels remains the primary system of record. Google integrations and other external services support the workflow but do not replace Kapels as the primary management platform.

Kapels exists to reduce operational load so professionals can spend more time on creative work, client service, and delivering the event itself.

Core Capabilities

• Event, client, task, deadline, note, and workflow management in one place.
• Documents, contracts, files, and electronic signatures through a dedicated signing provider.
• Optional Google integrations, enabled with user authorization: Google Sign-In, synchronization of events to a dedicated Google Calendar created by Kapels, sending workflow emails through Gmail, and synchronization of relevant customer contacts.
• Subscriptions and payments through an external payment provider, without storing full payment card details in Kapels.
• Web and iOS notifications that help keep the workflow clear and timely.

Who It Is For

Kapels is designed for independent wedding vendors, producers, studios, and growing wedding businesses that need a more organized operating system. Each workspace is managed by an owner or authorized administrator who controls user access and is responsible for the information entered into the service.
