Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Kapels. Use of the service means acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable subscription settings.
Acceptance of Terms and User Accounts
Kapels is intended for users who are authorized to act on their own behalf or on behalf of their business and workspace. Each user is responsible for protecting their login credentials, providing accurate information, and notifying us if they identify unauthorized use.
Workspace Owner and User Responsibilities
- The workspace owner is responsible for user permissions, inviting team members, and removing users when needed.
- Users are responsible for content they enter, upload, send, or generate through Kapels.
- Users may use the service only for information and workflows they are authorized to manage.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
- Kapels may not be used for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing activity.
- Users may not attempt to bypass permissions, harm infrastructure, perform unauthorized scraping, or interfere with the service.
- Users may not upload malicious code, content that infringes third-party rights, or information they are not allowed to process.
External Services and Integrations
Kapels connects to external services such as Google, DocuSeal, Cardcom, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and notification services. Use of each integration may also be subject to the terms and policies of that provider.
Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Contacts integrations are optional and are enabled only after the user provides the appropriate authorization. Users can disconnect these integrations through Kapels or revoke Kapels' authorization through their Google Account settings. Disconnecting an integration prevents new synchronization or sending actions but does not guarantee automatic deletion of information already created or synchronized in the external service.
Kapels remains the primary system of record. External services support the workflow but do not replace Kapels as the primary management platform.
Contracts, Signatures, and Documents
Kapels allows users to upload, manage, send, and preview contracts and files, and to use electronic signatures through an external provider. The user is responsible for document content, legal wording, signer identity, and ensuring that documents fit their needs.
Kapels does not replace legal, accounting, or professional advice.
Billing, Trial, and Payment
- Monthly plan: ₪89 per month.
- Annual plan: ₪948 per year.
- Trial period: 30 days.
- No immediate charge is made during onboarding.
- If a payment fails, Kapels provides a 7-day payment failure grace period.
- After an unresolved grace period, the workspace may become read-only.
- Payment failure does not automatically delete workspace data.
Availability, Service Changes, and Suspension
Kapels aims to provide a stable and available service, but maintenance, outages, provider limits, or feature changes may occur. We may update, change, limit, or discontinue features when required for security, operations, compliance, or service stability.
We may suspend or limit access in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, security risk, unresolved non-payment, or legal requirement.
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
Kapels, the interface, design, code, and brand belong to their respective rights holders. Content entered or uploaded by users remains the user's responsibility and part of the relevant workspace context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapels is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or fit every specific need. Kapels' liability is limited according to applicable law and the applicable agreement between the parties.
Updates and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the updated version. For questions about these terms: support@kapls.com.
